ECS’s journey began with Mohammad H. Mohseni, an engineer and entrepreneur who immigrated to Canada in 1981. Recognizing an underserved market, he started ECS as a small distributor catering to smaller contractors. With a vision to provide tailored solutions and a commitment to reliability, ECS quickly distinguished itself in the industry. 

Over the years, ECS has expanded its footprint, establishing branches in major Canadian cities, including Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, Halifax, and Montreal, and extending its reach internationally with distribution centres in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Qatar. Today, ECS employs over 200 people globally and generates $250 million in revenue annually.
