Armouring & Jacketing
ECS can provide an overall aluminum or steel interlocked armour and jacket to any cable for added mechanical protection. From Coaxial, Computer and Data Cables to Security & Fiber Optic Cables.
Braiding
ECS can provide an overall braid on any wire or cable. This would help add protection and help to reduce abrasion in harsh environments. Options include; Bronze Braid, Stainless Steel Braid, Bare, Tinned or Silver Plated Copper Braid or Aluminum Braid.
Twisting, Paralleling or Bundling
To help facilitate your handling and installation process, ECS can provide grouping wire services. By grouping single or multi-conductor cables into various configurations, installation time is cut down dramatically.
Labeling & Printing
Custom marking for company name, trade name or circuit identification can be permanently hot stamped on your wire or cable. Your product may be marked with letters, numbers or any combination. A wide variety of different types, styles, widths and colours are available.
Dying & Striping
ECS provides dying services. A wide variety of wires can be dyed, striped and or numbered. Since most specifications restrict colour colding to the ten standard colours, contrasting stripes are generally used when more than ten circuits have to be identified. This can be done with most wire, even Teflon.
