Diesel Locomotive - DLO

Diesel Locomotive Cables are manufactured using sizes 10 AWG through 777.7 MCM stranded tinned annealed copper per AAR 589.
A paper or polyester tape separates the conductor from the EPDM rubber insulation to aid in stripping.
A black, heavy duty CPE sunlight resistant jacket is extruded over the insulation. Maximum conductor temperature is 90°C for normal operation in wet or dry locations

• Accepted for listing as flame-resistant by MSHA
• RoHS Compliantnormal operation in wet or dry location.

These cables were designed for use as motor and power leads where flexibility and portability are required.
DLO cables are also suitable for use in wiring diesel-electric locomotives, railroad and transit cars, earth moving equipment, offshore drilling rigs, storage batteries, charging equipment and in sizes 1/0 AWG and larger, flexible wiring for installation in conduit or tray
DLO resists oils, acids, alkalies, heat, flame.
